The OctaHouse which has over 3,000 square feet inside of elegant marble and hard surface flooring. Yes, we have LOTS of parking outside for 2 large boat rigs and 4+ vehicles. Enjoy two main bedroom suites, bunk room for up to 5 younger guests, private 'in law' king bedroom, TWO full kitchens and a indoor pool table. The artisan created soaring 16’+ ceilings in the entry, rotunda, and living areas are elegant and like no other in Lake Havasu. Most other rooms have 9 foot ceilings to provide plenty of open space for your relaxation.

When you need more space than 4 walls can provide, put the OctaHouse on your bucket list! Nearly every room has 6 or more walls to create unique room shapes and spaces that are larger than most. The central entry lobby with 16' ceilings was built as an octagon which connects to the even larger living room octagon with 18' ceilings. All other areas revolve in a circular pattern wrapping the entry. You can't be a 'square' here....

Our second main suite is over 200 sq. feet, sized to be comfortable for a small family to hang out. Its soaring fireplace, music theming and our guest Alien with his spaceship. There is a 3rd King bedroom across the hall from the Main bedroom to provide a more refined relaxing space that still has plenty of room.

Our ceilings reach 18' in the living room and 16' in Bedroom 2 and the lobby.
The lobby also has a special acoustic feature found only in very large places. (Try standing in the middle and speak to the acoustic focus.)

Our Route 66 Cantina which doubles as a 2nd kitchen including gas fired stove top, wine fridge, full size fridge, hang out space and breakfast area.

Parking and more parking! 30' wide by 40' deep main driveway. 75’ parking on the new pull-thru paver driveway. If that's not enough, you have another 80' of parking on the main street.

HavaSleeps has been serving Havasu guests for years with hundreds of 5* reviews. This is our 4th and largest vacation home and they are all so unique! Pool table, ping pong and a newly updated pool. (Sorry we don’t have a spa, yet.) Pool heating is available as an add-on for a fee.
