The apartment is well furnished and comfortable for 2 persons and a little baby. it is located on the ground floor and consists of: a spacious kitchen/living room with refrigerator, oven and sofa ; a master bedroom with bed side tables, dresser and wardrobe; a bathroom with shower and equipped with washing machine and drying rack; a small storage. The total surface of the apartment is around 60 square meters.
The apartment is located to the most exclusive city area, 2 mins walking from the promenade and the main beach where a crystal sea flows the golden and fine sand, 5 mins to the historical centre of the city. The beach is free, and you can place your sun longer wherever you like. Alternatively, you can rent all the necessary to the many bathhouse along of the coastal stretch. Walking to the promenade, you can find different bars, pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, patisseries, ice-cream shop open to late night.
Pozzallo is one of the most enchanting areas of the south-eastern Sicilian coast. Thanks to the proximity to the Mediterranean Sea, the area enjoys a pleasant climate almost all year round. The quality of the architecture has been recognised by UNESCO which has made three of the towns, Ragusa, Modica and Scicli, World Heritage Sites.
Pozzallo is the perfect place for those who's looking for a relaxing vacancy; sun, beaches, typical local delicacies, nature, fun and culture are the strong points of this place, for an unforgettable holiday. Moreover, you can spend your time making naturalistic excursions to the Ionic coast from Marzamemi to Vendicari and Portopalo di Capo Passero, where the two coasts, Ionic and Mediterranean meet, as well as daily excursions with catamaran from Pozzallo to Republic of Malta (90 minutes navigation only).
