One word - FANTASTIC! Came for two weeks with training and took extra days before and after. Before trainings took this place and the plan was to stay in Catania after. The place has everything you need for living, washing, maintaining. Theres coffee with moka maker, basic food and seasoning options, even pasta what makes later coming easy as you can make a nice pasta dish from what is in apartment (great option while travelling with only backpack), breakfast bakeries with options. Sheets, towels, hair dryer, shampoos(tried myself on sensitive skin - no problems, good quality), free parking, air conditionier. Big food market Coop just 4 min by walking, same for the beach, for which, in fact, theres already umbrella, beach chair, float thingy if you want to be safe. If you forget anything - 2 min walking distance chinese market will provide all you need (and more) for very value friendly prices and basically work every time. Also - close to 400 grade pizzeria that was my top finds. And last but not the least, the host Pietro. The person that will give all free time to make you feel welcome, would drive from to bus station and some places too if not too busy, gives recommendations and knows all the best spots, a.k.a. he gives the experience you will never forget. Long story short - canceled stay in Catania and came back for the second time. Will come back 3rd and many more just because of the experience Pietro and his place provided.
