The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room features a table that seats up to six, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher.

The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds (queen – 160x190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience.

The accommodation has two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub and toilet, and the second with a shower and a toilet.
There is also a washing machine for added convenience.


The balcony offers a pleasant relaxation area, furnished with a table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken.
