– A 19 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed (two pull-out beds measuring 70×190) and a dining area
– A kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
– A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
– A bathroom with a shower and toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, griddle, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
– A 2 m² balcony adjoining the bedroom and facing east.
The flat is ideally situated in Fleury, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
