La Clé des Champs is a charming cottage in a peaceful, rural setting, 3 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal and 32 km from Nantes and Ancenis. It is attached to the owners' farmhouse but has a completely separate entrance.
A spa is available in a dedicated room (shared with the owners).
Private parking is available on the property.
A private, unfenced garden of 150 m².
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (160x200 cm bed), shower room, and separate WC.
First floor: 2 attic bedrooms (1: 140x200 cm bed, 2: 2 single beds 90x200 cm) and separate WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair, and cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
Included: electricity, electric heating, and bed linen. Not included: towels (€5/person), end-of-stay cleaning (€80) and tourist tax.
