Welcome to Evergreen House at Woodland Hollow, an updated four-bedroom home just steps from Como Lake in Saint Paul. Designed for families, small groups, and extended stays, this home offers both shared gathering spaces and built-in privacy with a fully integrated garden-level suite. Additional airbeds with linens are available for a small rental fee for groups with up to 10 guests.
The main level features a full kitchen with bistro nook, a large dining room, a comfortable living room, a full bathroom, and three bedrooms with king and queen beds.
On the lower level, you’ll find a private one-bedroom garden suite, complete with its own kitchen, living room, bathroom, and king bedroom - ideal for guests who want extra space or separation within the group. Access it via the interior rear stairwell or step outside to the charming yard.
Enjoy the spacious backyard with deck, grill, Adirondack chairs, and fire ring - a great spot to unwind after a day in the city.
Evergreen is part of Woodland Hollow, a small cluster of homes on a quiet private cul-de-sac that we host and manage ourselves to provide a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for guests.
Located directly across from the walking and biking paths around Como Lake, the home is minutes from Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, and Como Regional Park. You’ll also have convenient access to Allianz Field, the University of Minnesota, Regions Hospital, and both downtown Saint Paul and downtown Minneapolis.
