Located next to Nashville, some of the history, culture, music, and food spills over into Antioch. And trips into Nashville -- to visit its iconic music halls, the Nashville Zoo, and more -- takes just minutes. Enjoy the mountainous landscape in the nearby parks, including Long Hunter State Park or Antioch Park. Golf lovers will appreciate Mike Wine Golf Academy, and those who enjoy nighttime entertainment will find their place at Bailey's Sports Bar and Grille.

Guests have access to a variety of community amenities designed to make every stay more enjoyable. Take a refreshing dip in the resort-style swimming pool, stay active in the on-site fitness center, or catch up on work in the business center. The community also features a resident lounge, package service for added convenience, scenic walking and biking trails, picnic areas perfect for outdoor gatherings, and a dedicated dog park where furry companions can stretch their legs and play.

Cool off in the seasonal swimming pool during the warmer months, stay active in the on-site fitness center (available during designated community operating hours), or take advantage of the business center and resident lounge. As part of the building's HVAC design, you may occasionally notice water draining into the bathroom from the HVAC condensate line. This is normal and does not indicate a maintenance issue.

**Pet Policy**

* Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
* No aggressive breeds
* Weight limit: 50 lbs
* $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
* We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community

**Mid-Term Stay Prep**
We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available.
Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed.

**Maintenance Access**

* **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed.
* **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage.

**Occupants & Guest Policy**

* The main occupant must match the name on the reservation
* The reservation must accurately reflect all guests and pets staying in the home

**Mailbox Access**

* Available upon request; not guaranteed
* May take up to 24 business hours to activate
* Requires a $35 refundable key deposit

**Community Guidelines**

* Please respect shared spaces and amenities
* Keep noise to a minimum during late hours
* Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas to help keep the community clean
