Residents have access to a refreshing pool with a sundeck, perfect for relaxing on warm days, along with a clubhouse for gatherings and shared use. Added conveniences include controlled access entry, package service, on-site maintenance, and an on-site property manager with 24-hour access for peace of mind.

The living area features soft carpeting, a charming fireplace, and large windows that bring in great natural light, creating a warm and welcoming feel. The space flows easily into a dedicated dining area and a clean, functional kitchen with ample cabinet storage and full appliances. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable with generous closet space, and the private balcony provides a nice outdoor spot to unwind. An in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience to the home.

* No aggressive breeds
* Weight limit: 50 lbs
* $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
* We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community
**Mid-Term Stay Prep**
We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available.
Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed.
**Maintenance Access**
* **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed.
* **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage.
**Occupants & Guest Policy**
* The main occupant must match the name on the reservation
* The reservation must accurately reflect all guests and pets staying in the home
**Mailbox Access**
* Available upon request; not guaranteed
* May take up to 24 business hours to activate
* Requires a $35 refundable key deposit
**Community Guidelines**
* Please respect shared spaces and amenities
* Keep noise to a minimum during late hours
* Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas to help keep the community clean
