Nestled in the highlands of Estado de México, Rancho Olivos Casa 3 is a contemporary residence spread across two levels, set within an exclusive private community of just 4 homes with 24/7 gated security. Designed for groups and families seeking rest, privacy, and adventure, the house blends modern architecture with exceptional outdoor living: a private hot tub, outdoor fireplace, covered terrace with a pool table, and access to the ranch’s padel court. Just 15–20 minutes from the Pueblo Mágico of Valle de Bravo and its lake, restaurants, and outdoor activities.
The Space:
The house is spread across two levels: the main house, and a separate bunker reached by a path through the garden.
Main house: Living room with indoor fireplace and TV, fully equipped kitchen with a striking wine wall, breakfast bar, and dining area open to a covered terrace.
- Primary bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in closet, and full en-suite bathroom.
- Two additional bedrooms, each with two beds and their own full en-suite bathroom.
- The kitchen is fully stocked with a bean-to-cup coffee maker, blender, microwave, oven, and wine refrigerator. Washer and dryer available.
Garden bunker (independent access): two bunk-bed rooms, each with private terrace access and en-suite bathroom — ideal for kids or larger groups.
Outdoors: covered terrace for al fresco dining with an outdoor fireplace and pool table, a private hot tub surrounded by trees, and gardens throughout the property.
Guest Access:
Full private access to all levels of the house, garden, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and pool table. Guests also have shared access to the ranch’s padel court (coordinated through caretaker) and the organic vegetable garden.
The Neighborhood:
Rancho Olivos is located in San Simón el Alto, on the outskirts of Valle de Bravo, within a private gated community. Access is via the road alongside Rancho Avándaro; after the suppliers’ gatehouse, turn off toward Rancho Olivos and follow approximately 1.5 km of dirt road to the main gate.

Getting Around:
Arriving by car is strongly recommended. Approximately 2 hours from Mexico City via the Toluca–Valle de Bravo highway. Taxis and private transfers are available from Valle de Bravo town center.
