The Space:
The house unfolds across three levels plus a self-contained bunker with independent garden access:
Entry level (middle floor): Living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. Two bedrooms with double beds and full en-suite bathrooms.
Upper level: Master bedroom with king-size bed, private terrace, and mountain views.
Bunker (lower level, independent garden access): Two bunk-bed rooms ideal for kids or younger guests.
Outdoors: Covered al fresco dining area with outdoor fireplace, private hot tub, garden, and padel court.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a bean-to-cup coffee maker, blender, microwave, oven, wine refrigerator, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer available. EV charger on premises (Casa 2 exclusive).
Guest Access:
Full private access to all levels of the house, garden, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and padel court. The padel court is coordinated through caretaker José Félix. Guests also have access to the ranch's organic vegetable garden.
The Neighborhood:
Rancho Olivos is located in San Simón el Alto, on the outskirts of Valle de Bravo, within a private gated community. Access is via the road alongside Rancho Avándaro; after the suppliers' gatehouse, turn off toward Rancho Olivos and follow approximately 1.5 km of dirt road to the main gate.

Getting Around:
Arriving by car is strongly recommended. Approximately 2 hours from Mexico City via the Toluca–Valle de Bravo highway. Taxis and private transfers are available from Valle de Bravo town center.
