About this house rental
Step inside to the game room, where a pool table and foosball set the tone, and a smart TV framed by movie-theater curtains and neon tube lighting turns movie night into an event. Just off the game room, a laundry room keeps longer stays effortless. But look closer — because tucked behind a hidden door is our speakeasy, a moody little hideaway glowing with neon light, stocked with board games (including our custom Poconopoly), and paired with its own full bathroom. It’s the kind of detail guests don’t expect and never forget.
Head up to the second floor, where the layout opens into an easy, logical flow built for togetherness. The kitchen comes equipped with a Nespresso machine for slow mornings, and connects seamlessly to a dining room anchored by a long table that seats 10 (with a high chair ready for your littlest guest) and a living room made for unwinding. A queen bedroom and full bathroom round out this level for guests who prefer to skip the stairs. Step outside to the second-floor balcony — string lights overhead, comfortable seating, a grill for easy dinners, and a view of Dresser Lake stretching out in front of you.
The third floor is where the house rests. Two queen bedrooms (one with a bonus trundle bed), a bunk room with its own trundle for extra little ones, and a king master suite give every guest their own quiet corner — every bedroom fitted with a smart TV. A third full bathroom keeps mornings simple, no matter how full the house is.
Outside is where Lakeview Social House truly becomes a destination of its own. Follow the string lights down to the fire pit, ringed by 10 Adirondack chairs dressed in pillows and blankets — the natural gathering spot as the sun goes down. The side yard holds a 5-hole mini golf course, while the backyard features an oversized chess board for slower afternoons. Look for our fence mural — the Lakeview Social House logo, ready-made for your best vacation photo (tag us, we love to see it). And when it’s time to truly unwind, sink into the hot tub or sweat it out in the sauna, both glowing under string lights after dark. Kayaks and paddleboards wait on the rack for a morning paddle across the lake, and the shed is stocked with giant Connect Four, giant Cornhole, and giant Jenga for whenever the group wants to play big.
This is a house built for four seasons of Pocono living — bountiful spaces, simple but elegant design, and every detail considered so your group can just be together. Welcome to Lakeview Social House by ChilLuxe Escapes. Come rejuvenate.
