About this house rental
Prepare to be wowed, this isn`t your grandpa`s hunting cabin! We threw out the blueprint on typical A-Frames to design a space bursting with comfort, style, and wow-factor. You can stargaze or watch sunsets right from the living room thanks to soaring 30-foot ceilings and massive, wall-to-wall windows that flood the home with gorgeous natural light while perfectly framing your peaceful property views.
Whether you`re planning a romantic getaway, a wine-country weekend with friends, or a small family retreat, The Apex offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two private bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, and a cozy daybed with a trundle to comfortably accommodate your group.

The home is located off a gravel road, four wheel drive is not required, it is driveable in a car but a high clearance vehicle is preferred if you have one.
There is a ring doorbell on the exterior of the entry door and an exterior camera facing the driveway entrance. There is a camera inside the locked utility closet. This is for utility monitoring purposes only and is not accessible to guests.
Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Please inquire before booking.
Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per pet. If you`ve added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking.
• We offer travelers insurance if you`re worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason. More info can be found at the end of the listing description.
• Our cabin has a drip coffee pot.
• We provide 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels and linens.
• We have a charcoal grill and do not provide charcoal. Charcoal can be found at most local grocery and convenience stores.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we can make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days before your stay.

Additionally, although we have a strict cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance through Generali Global Assistance if you`re worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason.

No music, loud noise, or sound-amplifying equipment outside between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.
No pets without a pet fee, and the only pets that are acceptable are dogs. If it is found that guests brought a pet/pets without disclosing them, the guest will be subject to a $150 fee on top of the pet fees for the number of pets brought.
Guests causing excessive noise or disturbances, including, but not limited to, underage drinking, partying, drug use, and exceeding max occupancy, will be asked to check out immediately and full stay rent charge will be due including deposit amount with NO REFUNDS.
Guests who leave the place excessively dirty will be subject to additional cleaning fee. Examples of excessively dirty are stains on the floors and walls, pots and pans left unwashed in the sink, and trash left on the floor and outside.
