Cute small home in a very good location right near Big Creek Distillery and Doghobble Winery and Cavender Creek Winery. Felt very private other than the one other unit right next door. Very clean and comfortable inside. Only a 15 min drive to downtown Dahlonega.
There was ice buildup on the front and back porches during our stay, but maintenance promptly responded to help with that. Would be nice to have a second TV in the ground floor bedroom. And in a perfect world it would be nice if the second bedroom was a closed room instead of an open loft. The front entryway is really just a sliding door into the ground floor bedroom, which seemed awkward/strange at first but then we got used to it.

Absolutely lovely A-frame cabins, obviously almost new. Everything you need for a short stay. Nice little kitchen space with coffee maker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. We used the grill on the deck, the outdoor firepit, etc. Great location, centrally located between Dahlonega, Helen, and Cleveland, GA. Hosts had great communication, easy access via lockbox,
The ONLY bad thing was the added fees, not really transparent in the booking. $268/night price did NOT include:
Cleaning fee $125
Resort Fee : $15 per day
State Motel fee $5 per day
Credit card fee: $17.20
Booking Fee: $28.66
Plus taxes on all the fees and charges: $107.79
SO, 2 nights in a $286/per night room came out to $891.91, or $445.95 per night!
