About this apartment rental
Benefit from a T2 of 65 m² (ex-T3) very well located, very central, everything on foot, redone in 2024, 5th and last floor, elevator. Beautiful ceiling height 3.20 m.
The bedroom is to the east without vis-à-vis, the living room to the west without vis-à-vis with nice view of the Alexandre III garden just below, quiet building (to be respected!), a smart television with sound bar (to be moderated).
Family, bedroom 4 beds 2x90 with mezzanine children 2x90 plus sofa bed 2 sleeps 140 in a large bright west living room of 25 m2 equipped with ceiling fan. Electric curtains in the bedroom and living room. Small smoking balcony.
Family-friendly, but couples and lonely welcome!
Summer: 1 mobile air conditioning in the bedroom + 1 silent ceiling fan, computer corner, sheets, towels etc. Kitchen super-equipped with everything, even a fan. Toulon by the sea does not experience a heat wave. If the Mistral arrives from the west, the gales are on the balcony. I haven't seen the temperature exceed 31° in summer, hence the fans, but closing the west curtains at the end of the day is a good practice.

Located 5 minutes from the historic district, 10 minutes from the port. SNCF and Bus station 3 minutes walk. Many bus lines very close (Mistral Network - application to download). Beaches of Toulon 10 minutes by bus Plage des Sablettes 20 minutes by boat from the port.
This apartment is different from the anonymous standards of furnished rentals like Ikea, because it is to my taste and I enjoy it half the year. That's its personality, its differentiating asset.
Paid parking since you are in the center, but less than 10 minutes walk away there are spaces on the north side.
Entertainment in the evening in summer is Place de l'équerre 8mn away.
No surprise-parties of course.
