📌 Booking Information

Weekend Stays

* Most weekends require a 2-night minimum stay, with Friday and Saturday booked together.

* During select holiday periods, a 3-night minimum may apply.

* Need something different? Feel free to reach out—we’re happy to see if we can accommodate special requests when our calendar allows.



🧳 Early Arrival

Our standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

If you’ll be arriving early, we can often offer luggage drop-off after 11:30 AM so you can start exploring the area sooner. Just let us know ahead of time so we can coordinate with our housekeeping team



📅 Check-Out

Check-out is 11:00 AM.

Our cleaning team needs time to prepare the home for incoming guests, so we kindly ask that you depart on time unless you’ve arranged a late checkout with us in advance.



🏡 House Guidelines

We want everyone to have an amazing stay while helping us keep the home in excellent condition for future guests.



🚭 Smoking

Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please do not smoke anywhere inside the home.



🎉 Be a Good Neighbor

We want you to relax and enjoy yourself! Please be mindful that this is a peaceful residential neighborhood.

* Feel free to play music and have fun during your stay.

* After 10:00 PM, please lower outdoor noise levels.

* Keeping doors and windows closed while playing music helps keep the neighborhood quiet.



✨ Keep It Clean

Please avoid using glitter, confetti, or similar party decorations, as they are extremely difficult to remove.



🚗 Parking

Kindly park with consideration for our neighbors. Whether using the driveway or street parking, please make sure vehicles don’t block driveways or limit access for others.

Treat the home as if it were your own and use good judgment throughout your stay.



🐶 Bringing Your Dog?

We love welcoming four-legged guests! To help us keep the home comfortable for everyone:

* 🛋️ Please keep pets off all furniture and beds.

* 🧹 If excessive pet hair is found on bedding or furniture, an additional cleaning fee may be applied.

* 🐾 Be sure to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors.
