The cleaning fee includes a thorough cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens, bath towels, bath mats, and dish towels.
A security deposit of €500 and a valid form of identification will be required prior to your arrival. This is a secure, non-debit bank authorization that will be automatically released after your departure, provided no damage is found.
House Rules
Article 1: Definitions
1.1 Guest: any person staying as part of a reservation.
1.2 Host: the owner or manager of the accommodation hosting the guests.
1.3 Accommodation: space, lodging, or property made available for the stay.
Article 2: Maximum Number of Guests
2.1 The maximum number of guests permitted to stay in the accommodations are set at 5 people. This number includes adults, children, and infants.
2.2 Any additional person beyond this limit is prohibited without the Host’s prior consent.
Article 3: Request for an Exception
3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a written request to increase the number of guests may be submitted to the Host at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
3.2 The Host reserves the right to accept or deny this request based on the accommodation’s capacity, local regulations, and availability.
Article 4: Respect for the Accommodation
4.1 Guests agree to keep the accommodation clean, tidy, and in good condition throughout their stay.
4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any damage to the accommodation are strictly prohibited.
Article 5: Penalties for Noncompliance
5.1 Failure to comply with limits on the number of guests or with the rules governing the accommodation may result in penalties, including:
financial penalties;
immediate eviction from the accommodation without a refund;
and/or legal action.
Article 6: Amendments to the Rules
6.1 The Host reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Any amendment shall take effect as soon as it is communicated to the guests.
Article 7: Acceptance of the Rules
7.1 By making a reservation and staying at the accommodation, guests fully and unconditionally accept these rules.
Article 8: Security Deposit
8.1 Mandatory Deposit: A security deposit is required from all guests prior to their check-in at the accommodation. It is intended to cover any damage, loss, or violation of these rules during the stay.
8.2 Amount: The security deposit is set at €500 and must be paid to the Host no later than 48 hours before the arrival date.
8.3 Refund Conditions: The security deposit will be refunded in full within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided that no damage has been found and that all provisions of these rules have been complied with.
8.4 Withholding: In the event of damage, loss, or violations, all or part of the security deposit may be retained. The Host will provide a detailed inventory report as well as documentation of the costs incurred to repair the damage, replace lost items, or cover additional costs resulting from non-compliance with these rules.
8.5 Disputes: In the event of a disagreement regarding deductions made from the security deposit, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.

9.1 Principles of Environmental Responsibility: Guests agree to behave in an environmentally responsible manner during their stay, particularly with regard to the use of heating, air conditioning, and other energy-consuming equipment.
9.2 Responsible Use of Energy: Heating and air conditioning systems must be used responsibly. Guests agree to:
not exceed the recommended temperatures of 20 °C in winter and 25 °C in summer;
turn off the heating or air conditioning when leaving the accommodation or when windows are open;
use energy-consuming equipment only when necessary and in an efficient manner.
9.3 Reducing the Energy Footprint: Travelers are encouraged to reduce their energy consumption by turning off lights, electronic devices, and any other equipment when not in use.
9.4 Penalties: Failure to comply with eco-responsible principles and energy management rules may result in financial penalties and/or other sanctions, depending on the extent of the excess consumption or environmental damage observed.
9.5 Traveler Information: The Host agrees to provide all necessary information for the responsible use of equipment and to raise travelers’ awareness of environmentally friendly behaviors.
