Perfect place for a quiet Mediterranean holiday.

The property is brand new,modern ,very clean and fully equipped with modern appliances. Private swimming pool. Private parking space. BBQ facilities. Very quiet area.

Clean, new, good location close to the beach

Nearly no basics available for cooking except for salt, pepper and little bit coffee. Atmosphere could be more friendly (no pictures, very "sterile"). Communication with landlords was ok Mattress had plastic on top, which was not that comfortable.

All is perfect, Calm, nice surrounding, Appartement well furnished and confortable, very efficient air conditioning in both rooms, lovely landlord. Terrasse and grass fantastic for kids. Beautiful beach 5mn drive. Fits perfectly to family with 2 kids.

Spotless and very well equipped apartment (with all the imaginable amenities). It has perfect location in quiet residential area not far away from shops (grocery/boulangerie) and other necessities. Great position for daytrips around Cote d'Azur. Beach is also very close (literally just down the street). All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Missing bedside lighting and hooks for clothing/towels. Some French language skills (which I don't have) are "a must".

Pleasant flat, owners need to learn how to treat guests

Modern flat in quiet neighbourhood, 20 mins from sandy beach and good restaurants

Owner insisted on giving him €300 as a"deposit" at the start of stay, despite the booking having been secured with a credit card. Managed to get it back but was quite a fuss. Flat is not well soundproofed and very spartan - but ok if you're spending most time out

Nice new villa at the Cotes d'Azur! We booked a 1 bedroom with terrace, all perfect, spacious and clean. Private parking on the property site. Apartment had all the facilities like airco, oven, stove, etc Very nice hosts that really want to make you welcome and comfortable. Supermarket and bakery on 5 minutes walking. Place to book for a nice and quiet holiday.

Super, ce bomo kdaj potovali tja bomo z veseljem prsili nazaj.

Lokacija je mirna, le kratek sprehod do morja z lepimi plazami. Center je prav tako blizu z mnogo razlicnimi trgovinicami in restavracijami. Stanovanje je cisto in ima parking za ograjo. Zunaj je bila mizica z sencnikom in zarom, ter skupni bazen z lezalniki. Gostitelji so bili zelo prijazni. Pomagali so mi tudi pri resevanju tezav z vozilom.

Freundlichkeit und sehr entgegenkommender Vermieter! Bei Problemen wurde sofort gehandelt!

Geruchsbelästigung (Abfluss Dusche/Waschbecken) im Bad (ohne Fenster/ nicht funktionierende Lüftung). Das Badezimmer grenzt direkt an das Schlafzimmer! Eine ausführliche Lüftung war auch hier (kein Insektenschutz-aber Mückenplage) nicht wirklich möglich.

Nous recommandons cet établissement ! L’hôte était disponible et à pris le temps de nous montrer la maison avec un petit parcours. L’extérieur est vraiment très charmant.

Świetne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek

Willa jest bardzo przestronna, oferująca mnóstwo miejsca, dobrze wyposażona i klimatyzowana, co sprawia, że pobyt w niej był wyjątkowo komfortowy dla naszej rodziny. Z przyjemnością korzystaliśmy z prywatnego, podgrzewanego basenu oraz strefy do relaksu na leżakach. W okolicy znajduje się kilka świetnych restauracji, do których można dojść w zaledwie kilka minut spacerem. Kontakt z gospodarzem był doskonały – zawsze chętnie pomagał, odpowiadając na nasze pytania i spełniając dodatkowe życzenia.

Miejsce do parkowania jest dość wąskie, ale w pełni wystarczające dla mniejszych pojazdów.

Es waren sehr tolle Ferien. Wir werden sicher nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Appartement sein.

Das Appartement war sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann zu Fuss in die Stadt und ans Meer. Es hat einen kleinen Pool, welcher man zu jeder Zeit nutzen kann. Auch der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

Es war sehr erholsam und wunderschön! Eine tolle Lage und sehr freundliche Vermieter!

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir konnten uns immer an sie wenden und uns wurde schnell geholfen. Die Lage war für uns ideal, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Lediglich die Matratzen waren uns viel zu hart und die Ausziehcouch der Kinder war nicht komfortabel. Hat unseren tollen Urlaub aber nicht eingeschränkt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, Ausstattung hervorragend und sehr sauber. Der private Gartenbereich war nett eingerichtet mit Olivenbäumen und Zitronenbaum. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sprechen deutsch. Auch der Gemeinschaftspoolbereich war sehr schön ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Fußläufig sind mehrere sehr gute Restaurants zu erreichen. Auf Empfehlung des Gastgebers haben wir eine kurze Fahrt zu einem türkisch- arabischen Restaurants unternommen- auch hier super Essen, hat sich gelohnt.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Vielleicht könnte man am hinteren Ende des Pools noch eine Leiter anbringen. Für mich als kleine Person mit Hüftschaden war die erste Stufe beim Verlassen des Pools sehr hoch. Das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, in welches man nach einem längeren Wander-, Strand- oder Besichtigungstag sehr gerne heimkommt!

Sehr gute Ausstattung, viel Platz für unsere fünfköpfige Familie, für die Kinder war der Pool natürlich das Highlight! Gute Lage, um die Côte d‘Azur und das Esterel zu erkunden. Sehr nette Eigentümer, die sich kümmern.

Villa tres confortable et fantastiquement bien equipée. Tout est pensé comme si on etait a lamaison. Decorée avec gout, au calme , a 2 pas de la mer.

Buitenruimte, keuken , douche, goede privé parkeer mogelijkheid en goede beveiliging. Alles is netjes onderhouden.

Kwaliteit en comfort van de binnen, buitenmeubels en bed. Daarbij voor 11 nachten ieder. 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek, geen extra bedverschoning. Wel een wasmachine maar dan moet je geen regen hebben.

Ideaal voor vakantieverblijf met gezin! Vriendelijke ontvangst met flesje wijn als welkom. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt als gezin van keukengerief, goede bedden, zwembad, terras, bbq, wasmachine, vaatwasser en nodige ruimte als gezin. Op wandelafstand van strand en dorp met winkels en resto’s . Leuke bestemming om van hieruit de Cote d’Azur verder te verkennen . Een aanrader!

Les infrastructures au top, avec des appartements neufs et une piscine exceptionnelle. Emplacement au calme idéal pour des familles. Au vu de la qualité des infrastructures le rapport qualité /prix était également remarquable.

La localisation est un peu excentrée, mais nous le savions avant de partir. Dans tous les cas une voiture est indispensable.
