The newly renovated house, located in the village of Markovac near Umag and Buje, consists of four apartments, two of which are studios on the second floor. The house is just a short drive from Umag and Buje, two picturesque towns offering a wide range of services, restaurants, shops, and cultural activities. Kanegra beach is 5 km away. Pets are allowed for an additional daily fee.
The studio apartment on the second floor at the rear of the house features a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dining table, and two chairs. The sleeping area includes two single beds joined together, a wardrobe, a satellite TV, and an air conditioner. The fully equipped bathroom has a shower cabin, a sink with a cabinet and mirror, a toilet, and a washing machine. On the lower floor, there is a shared terrace with two tables and chairs, available for use with the second studio apartment.
* Pets are allowed with a supplement per day payable upon arrival in cash.
* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.
* We ask our kind guests:
- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and the washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave the containers empty and to wash the cutlery and kitchen utensils used,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the delivery of the keys.
* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of stay.
