About this apartment rental
The recently renovated house, located in the village of Markovac near Umag and Buje, consists of four apartments, two of which are studio apartments on the second floor. The house is just a short drive from Umag and Buje, two picturesque towns offering a wide range of services, restaurants, shops, and cultural activities. Kanegra Beach is 5 km away. Pets are allowed for an additional daily fee.
The apartment is located on the first floor and features a large terrace at the entrance equipped with a table, chairs, and a sun umbrella. It offers two bedrooms: one with two single beds joined together and the second with two separate single beds, a living room with a sofa bed for one person, satellite TV, dining table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom with a shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, and washing machine. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet connection are available free of charge. A private parking space is available near the house.
*Registration fee of €7, payable in cash upon arrival.
*Pets are allowed with a surcharge of €10 per day, payable in cash upon arrival.
*Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outdoors, while smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
*We kindly ask our guests:
-to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest period,
-for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning and washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,
-to use the accommodation equipment with care,
-to empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
-to report any damage caused to the owner; after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
-to inform us of the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the key handover.
*The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of stay.
