The upper floor features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a veranda with a sea view. From the sun deck, you can admire the sunset. On the lower level, there are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large living room that opens onto a spacious patio with direct access to the pool, which can be heated upon request.



The garden features a barbecue area, lounge chairs, and a relaxation area around the pool, as well as a play area for children. Covered parking is available for all guests.



The beaches of Porto Taverna, Porto Istana, Cala Brandinchi, and La Cinta in San Teodoro are about a 10-minute drive away. The island of Tavolara is accessible by boat or by rental boat.
