Perfectly located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom cabin offers the ideal combination of convenience, relaxation, and mountain charm.
We’re thrilled to welcome you to Black Bear Oasis, our newest cabin! With years of experience hosting guests in the Smokies and over 2,000+ 5-star reviews across our properties, we’re committed to providing an exceptional stay. While this is a new account for properties we manage on behalf of friends and family, rest assured that your experience will be nothing short of spectacular.

KITCHEN -
The fully equipped kitchen at Black Bear Oasis is designed to make gathering together effortless. Featuring modern stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, and ample counter space, this kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a family meal, enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or share appetizers after a day exploring the Smoky Mountains. With an open-concept design flowing seamlessly into the living and dining areas, the kitchen allows everyone to stay connected while cooking, relaxing, and making memories together.
SPACIOUS OUTDOOR DECKS-
Step outside and enjoy the spacious outdoor decks at Black Bear Oasis, designed for relaxing, reconnecting, and taking in the peaceful Smoky Mountain surroundings. With multiple levels of outdoor living space, guests can start their mornings with coffee in the rocking chairs, gather together around the high-top seating area, or unwind in the evening while enjoying the fresh mountain air. Whether you are soaking in the hot tub under the stars or simply sharing a conversation with loved ones, the outdoor decks provide the perfect place to slow down and embrace the beauty of the Smokies.
MULTIPLE RECREATION AREAS -
Black Bear Oasis offers multiple recreation areas designed to bring everyone together and create unforgettable vacation memories. Spend the day enjoying the private indoor pool, challenge family and friends to a friendly game of pool, or test your skills on the arcade game in the dedicated game room. Whether you are looking for a little friendly competition, a fun-filled afternoon with the kids, or a relaxing evening of entertainment after exploring the Smoky Mountains, this cabin provides plenty of ways to have fun without ever leaving your retreat.

• We provide a set of starter supplies to allow you to get settled when you arrive. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, and bed linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but not to last the entire trip.
• Convenient location, less than 8.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, and access to all the area has to offer, which includes its great restaurants, shopping & Smoky Mountain National Park.
• Less than 5 Miles to Pigeon Forge & 6 miles away from the entrance to Dollywood/Splash Country!
• Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services, which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up, and have found it is very rare to come across anything like this.
