The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is essential for any beach vacation. A back patio door to the outside seating and lounging is available to enjoy those peaceful afternoon naps or gazing over the coastal environment.

Underneath parking for two and wet weather entry make escaping any inclement weather a breeze and access to the elevator provides ease of getting luggage, groceries, family and guests to the upper levels. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and changing area is a plus to wash off after a day at the beach. There is plenty of guest parking available on the driveway.
