House on Faro Island in a dream location

Welcome to our family beach house, a four-generation treasure on Faro Island/Beach. An authentic experience: - Direct access to the Ria Formosa sandy area and sea views across the street. - Enchanting natural light and relaxing sounds of the waves. - Sunrise from the living room and sunset on the first-floor balcony. - The perfect retreat to relax, be close to nature, and enjoy outdoor activities. Enjoy a memorable stay in this family beach treasure. The space: The house is a semi-detached villa. East side of the island. On the first floor, there is a living room overlooking the estuary (with a double sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea. A wooden spiral staircase connects the two floors. Shared spaces include: - An outdoor patio with direct access to the beach and the Ria Formosa; - An area for dining or relaxing, with a table and chairs; - External access to the washing machine. Due to its location in the Ria Formosa, a natural park, unexpected visits from local fauna, such as insects, may occur despite regular cleaning. On days of heavy rain or extremely high temperatures, the house may not offer the thermal comfort of modern constructions. However, our house is a charming seaside retreat, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding natural beauty. Access for travelers: Outside you will have an outdoor patio with direct access to the beach and the Ria Formosa; - An area for dining or relaxing, with a table and chairs. You will also have external access to the washing machine. Other things to consider: The Faro City Council charges a Tourist Tax to guests over 16 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay: €2/night/person from March to October

€1/night/person from November to February

💬 According to Airbnb's new policy on fees and extras, the tourist tax will be charged through the Resolution Center. The request is sent, simply and transparently, on the second day of your stay. 🚗 There is an outdoor space next to the house where you can briefly stop for loading and unloading. However, we ask that you do not remain parked there, as it obstructs the passage of people and goods. This space is not part of the rental and is not authorized for prolonged use. 🌿 Our house is located on the beach, in the heart of the Ria Formosa, within a natural park. Therefore, it is possible that small visitors — such as insects — may appear indoors or in the yard, even with the attention we give to cleaning and maintenance.
