With so much nearby — cafés, shops, harbour walks — most guests find it easy to explore on foot and enjoy Sydney’s lively inner-east village lifestyle without needing a car.
Other Things to Note:
PARKING & Public Car Parks
Parking a car on the street around Elizabeth Bay and Potts Point is a real challenge — most spaces are metered, time-limited, and patrolled regularly. With such excellent public transport nearby, we recommend not bringing a car if possible.
If needed, there are secure paid car parks just a few minutes’ walk away, such as:
• Secure Parking – 9A Elizabeth Bay Road (entry via Ward Avenue)
• Wilson Parking – 2 Ward Avenue
Both operate 24/7 with hourly and daily rates (approx. $35–$45 per day).
STAIRS
A couple of stairs at the front door, and the unit is one level of stairs only from the ground level.
BOOKING RESTRICTIONS
- 2 guests maximum - for 1 adult or 1 couple only
Separate sleeping arrangement using the sofa is strictly not allowed (see house rules)
- Minimum age to book : 25y old
- Not children friendly for safety issues. Please discuss with your host suitability.
