Within walking distance of the popular Cotswold's market town of Chipping Norton, Wynmere Cottage sits in a peaceful spot with a delightful private rear garden.

Tucked away up a private, tree-lined driveway, Wynmere Cottage is surrounded by open countryside, yet only a 15 minute walk into the heart of lively Chipping Norton.

Step inside to a generous and light entrance hall with plenty of space for your coats, shoes, wellies and walking boots. The well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances and enjoys dual aspect views and a door out to the rear garden. A stylish open-plan sitting and dining room is at the heart of the cottage, with comfy seating, a Smart television, french doors to the rear garden, and a pretty dining area to enjoy home cooked meals created from the abundance of fabulous fresh local produce on your doorstep and throughout the Cotswolds.

When it's time for bed, climb into the luxurious super-king size zip and link bed, which, on request, can also accommodate guests wanting their own single beds. Guests have use of either the en-suite shower room, or a family bathroom.

The mature and well-stocked garden is charming; surrounded by evergreen hedging for privacy, although sometimes shared with the neighbouring chickens and guinea fowl who like to fly in and say hello from time to time! There's plenty of room in the garden for dogs to play while the gas barbecue is firing up for long lazy lunches alfresco. Although with the endless choices of dining out options, your self-catering plans may well change. In addition to the town centre's great choice of pubs and restaurants, a five minute drive away is the highly acclaimed Boxing Hare, with a delicious menu and a tempting selection of local ales. If you just want to stock up on a few essentials, a "Little Waitrose" can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot at the nearby petrol station.

Ideally situated, with many Cotswolds favourite destinations within a 20 minute drive, including Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford and Moreton-in-Marsh. Closer still is the fabulous Daylesford Organic and of course, Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm.

Additional Information:
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). Please ensure dogs are kept on a lead outside of the garden, as livestock often occupies neighbouring fields.
Infants welcome. A travel cot and high chair are available on request (please provide your own cot linen).
The owners live on-site and, whilst always on hand to provide any requested guidance or recommendations, guest privacy will always be fully respected.
The property is all on one level, whilst this property may be suitable for some wheelchair users, it is not fully accessible. If there is a wheelchair user in your group, please let us know prior to booking so we can establish your requirements.
