About this house rental
Summary:
This inviting,pet friendly home(except cats) has a spacious backyard to relax outdoors by the pool, BBQ, turn on the propane fire pit table and play games such as cornhole, giant connect four and foosball! The home has been completely remodeled and features new wood flooring so no carpet throughout the home! This stylish retreat has updated bathrooms with soaking tub and huge accent wall in dining area. When you're ready to discover what Las Vegas has to offer, the strip is a quick 10 min drive!
The Space:
This is a 2 story home and the entire home is available for use except the garage (no bedrooms downstairs). Long indoor dining table allows you to gather and have great conversations with family and friends. Plenty of seating in the living room with large sectional couch and vaulted ceilings with 65” Smart TV. There are also smart TVs in the primary and bedroom with the 2 Queen Beds! Laundry room with full size washer/dryer and iron/ironing board is provided. Full kitchen includes dishes, wine glasses, pots/pans, Keurig Coffee Machine, blender, toaster and much more! Hair Dryers are also available in each bathroom. The pool does not have the capability of being heated.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home including private pool and laundry room but the garage is not accessible. This is a completely private home there is no one else that will be on property during your stay.
Please note that this home has a pool alarm on sliding doors for children’s safety.
The Neighborhood:
The location for this home is everything!! You can take a 5-10min walk to PT’s local bar with gaming and food, movie theater, Starbucks, and countless restaurants including the very popular Truffles and Bacon Cafe!! Jump in a car and you will be at the Harry Reid International airport or on the famous Las Vegas strip in 10-15min!!
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is readily available in Las Vegas. You are also welcome to bring your car or drive a rental car. Driveway parking is available and you can park directly in front of the home. No parking is allowed in front of neighbor’s homes. Public transportation such as buses are also available in Las Vegas.
Other Things to Note:
The bath towels provided can also be used for pool towels. However, if you want separate pool towels we recommend you bringing your own.
Fridge does not have water or ice dispenser so it’s recommended to purchase ice if needed and tap water in Las Vegas is safe to drink.
