Quiet Mountain Location inside the Gated Bent Tree Community Resort
Our Peachy Retreat is a private getaway. Enjoy hanging out on our wrap around front deck, the lower porch, or the private back deck overlooking the backyard. Guests may have the opportunity to experience wildlife right outside the front door.
Every floor has a separate bedroom and bathroom. The top floor is a loft bedroom with and open concept bathroom. Curtains have been installed to allow for some privacy. Every floor is also equipped with a retractable baby gate to block off the staircase.
The Bent Tree gated community, nestled amidst the Appalachian Mountains, offers a serene lakeside retreat dating back over 50 years. Experience the warmth of Southern hospitality, just a stone's throw away from Atlanta, amidst the unparalleled beauty of mountain living. Enjoy a plethora of amenities, including hiking trails, 110 acre lake, pristine pools, indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, a 18 hole golf course, an equestrian center, and enticing dining options.
-Please be mindful of wildlife and do not impede on their space. All food and trash items should be brought and stored inside the home to not further attract wildlife. (Do not keep food or trash items in your car!)
-The main living floor and the loft is connected by a spiral staircase.
- Our home has a septic tank, please do not flush sanitary products, paper towels, baby wipes, or anything other than toilet paper in the toilet even if it claims to be flushable.
- If you use the grill, be sure to thoroughly clean the grates and turn off the propane. Food messes can lead to curious wildlife visitors!
- The fireplaces are decorative and may not be used. An outdoor propane fireplace is available for your use. Be sure to turn off the propane tank after each use.
- All guests and visitors must comply with the 20 mph community speed limit.
- Glass containers are not permitted at the beach or pool. Dogs are also not allowed at the beach or pool.
- No person within the confines of the community shall display, shoot or discharge any firearm, air gun, or like instrument except with permission of the Public Safety Director.
- Report any damage or breakage in a timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and may be reported to the booking company.
-Host is not liable for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or pool closures under any circumstances.
- Make sure to secure and lock all windows and doors when you check-out.
