The accommodations and seclusion were awesome.
Some touch up painting , light repairs, and some furniture upkeeps needed to be done. The entrance to the home is diabolical!

The view is amazing
The pool table is falling apart. It did not have a cue ball for starters. It is very unlevel, and it is wobbly screws coming out all over, and it rocks back and forth.
The hot tub was not heating up, and I had to add water to it myself
LOTS OF STINKY TRASH IN THE GARAGE FROM THE GUEST BEFORE I STAYED THERE
