Welcome to this tropical retreat with pool and hot tub! Enjoy the beautiful panoramic water view from the living room, dining room, or kitchen. Three bedrooms each equipped with their own king size bed, luxury linens, and 60”+ smart TVs. Kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Take a dip in the pool, soak in the hot tub under the pavilion, or enjoy the evening under the stringed lights by the fire pit. There are 2 two person kayaks and 2 child kayaks you are welcome to use to explore the spring or river! The home offers private dock space to accommodate your boat and a fish cleaning station. Outside you’ll also find an outdoor grill and ice machine. Springs are a short 5 minute ride away. Home is within minutes to all restaurants, shopping, and local attractions! IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES – STRICTLY ENFORCED

Maximum Occupancy: NO MORE THAN 6 REGISTERED GUESTS are permitted on the property at any time. Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Quiet Zone: This home is located in a residential neighborhood within a Spring Quiet Zone. NO LOUD MUSIC, PARTIES, OR EVENTS are permitted. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. NO pets Allowed

Parking: A maximum of 3 VEHICLES is allowed. All vehicles MUST be parked in the designated driveway. Alternatively Parking for one trailer and 2 cars is available. NO PARKING ON THE GRASS OR ON THE STREET is permitted at any time.

Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON THE PROPERTY. A $150 smoking fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking or vaping on the property.

Enforcement: Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation, removal from the property without a refund, and/or additional fees.
