* The boat lift is reserved exclusively for the owner’s boat
* The owner’s boat on the lift is not available for guest use
* Boat trailers are limited to one trailer in the driveway

Great location, plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Were able to park 2 boats at the dock. House was very clean. Kids enjoyed being able to use the kayaks to visit the spring

We have stayed at this property multiple times. Erin is an amazing host. She is very easy to communicate with. The property is exactly as described. It’s minutes from the springs. It’s perfect for a family. It’s so clean. They have floats for their guests and things for small children. The fire pit out back is awesome. We have a 25 ft boat and it fits beautifully on their dock. The dock is in working order and has everything you need to clean fish and your boat. There are TV’s on the patio and in every room. Plenty of outdoor seating as well. I highly recommend this property. We will be booking again for next June!! Thank you Erin for another amazing week
