About this apartment rental
In an authentic Savoyard farmhouse from 1910 completely restored in 2021, this warm luxury duplex can accommodate up to 8 people in all seasons.
10 minutes from Megève, in the rural hamlet of Les Nards in Praz sur Arly, it offers peace and well-being, outdoor activities and access to all amenities. The chalet is located 600m from the Espace Diamant ski area which has 192km of slopes and 4 km from the Evasion Mont Blanc area and its 400 km of slopes.
Under the spell of its original framework, you enjoy a large space for relaxation and conviviality, adjoining a fully equipped kitchen. This living room opens onto the south-facing balcony and its loggia, with a view of the alpine landscapes.
The sleeping area consists of 3 independent bedrooms:
- Ancolie: beautiful master suite with private shower room
- Gentiane: bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
- Coin des Marmottes, located upstairs, equipped with two double beds, ideal cocoon for the youngest
Numerous storage spaces, a separate toilet and a bathroom with bath/shower, Wifi and a TV complete the equipment of this 85m2 duplex.
The chalet has a closed garage (with electrical outlet) and an outdoor parking space. The garage is 2.50m wide and is suitable for medium-sized vehicles. Large vehicles will park more easily in the parking space. Winter equipment is required from December to March.
A concierge service ensures the reception and delivery of keys, the management of cleaning (included) at the end of the stay, the provision of household linen / toiletries and organic toiletries. Cleaning and beds are done on arrival. Cleaning and change of household linen is possible during the stay on request.
Summer activities:
Hiking and mountain biking on site in the Val d'Arly, the Aravis massif (20 min), the Beaufortin (40 min) and in Chamonix (45 min). Paragliding, canyoning, tennis, golf and horse riding are all available in the Val d'Arly.
Praz sur Arly has its own lake 1 km from the chalet.
Megève and its surroundings offer excellent tables for gourmets as well as a varied cultural offer (shows, concerts, international events...).
Winter activities:
In addition to downhill skiing in the areas of the Espace Diamant and the Espace Evasion Mont Blanc, Nordic skiing is possible in the Val d'Arly or in the Saisies area, renowned for its Nordic skiing.
For non-skiers, Megève offers an ice rink, indoor swimming pool, balneotherapy and an indoor climbing wall.
