About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming chalet for rent in Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle, with mountain views, a floor area of 170 m² and accommodation for up to 9 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of approximately 800 m².
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A large entrance hall leading to a ski room
- Bedrooms 1 to 3: double bed (140×190)
- A shower room with shower and WC
- A utility room
Upstairs
- A 30 m² living area with TV and dining area, offering views of Mont Blanc
A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A 15 m² lounge with a sofa and armchairs
- Bedroom 4: pull-out bed (2 sleeping spaces, 90x190)
- Bedroom 5: large single bed (120x190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board.
Outdoors:
- A lovely 800 m² garden (not fenced)
- A 25 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days (view of Mont Blanc)
- A 7 m² south-facing balcony accessible from both upstairs bedrooms
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park freely on the property (space for 5 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Albertville, approximately 40 minutes away
- Nearest airport: Geneva, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes away

- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request, at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are allowed free of charge. Only one pet is permitted per stay
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
