Spend summer days launching from your private dock, then wind down on the oversized patio as the sun dips below the treeline. Beautiful filtered lake views paint a breathtaking backdrop from spring through fall, and as the evenings cool into autumn, the fire pit becomes the perfect gathering spot for s'mores, stories, and stargazing. After any adventure, whether a full afternoon out on the water or a day on the slopes, the private hot tub is waiting to help you unwind. When winter cold arrives, winter adventurers will find Wisp Resort just a short drive away, with a full day of skiing and snowboarding made even sweeter by the cozy warmth waiting back at the house. The stunning double stone fireplace becomes the heart of the home, drawing the whole group together for cozy evenings filled with warmth and good company. From the first morning coffee on the patio to the last night gathered around the fire, Fern Hollow has a way of making every moment feel like exactly where you're supposed to be.
ACCESS DETAILS:
Private Lake Front with dock located down the path from the home. Owner does leave personal boat under the canopied dock all summer. This boat is not for guest use. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Please Note: To access this home’s dock, you must pass under the State Park Bridge, which, due to height restrictions, is considered impassible by any vessel with a tower or Bimini top. Access with your own vessel is at your own risk; pontoon boats are not recommended. Due to this restriction, please note marinas in the area will not rent boats to this address as all of their vessels have a tower or Bimini top.
