About this apartment rental
This property is located to the east of Eastbourne town centre, within the town’s Sovereign Harbour development. The seafront is just a few moments away, with the wide shingle beach which stretches all the way up to the town’s main beach, some two miles along the esplanade. Sovereign Harbour is a popular leisure complex offering a number of restaurants, bars, and a cinema, making it an excellent choice for those who like to eat out whilst on holiday. In the main town centre, visitors will find a large choice of shops, as well as the town’s Victorian harbour which was painstakingly restored after a fire in 2014. Other attractions nearby include the South Downs, Beachy Head, and a lifeboat museum.
A lift brings guests up to the front door of this third-floor apartment, where guests will find the comfortable lounge/diner: a delightfully light-filled space, thanks to the large windows and patio doors which lead out to the balcony.
