Located on the 1st floor of the "LE GRAND PARADIS" residence (Apartment No. 12), with a floor area of ??approximately 35 m². Situated 450m from the Mont Chéry gondola, 500m from the Chavannes Express ski lift, 150m from the slopes, and 100m from shops. Access to the Chavannes slopes is possible via the bridge behind the ESF ski school at the start of Route des Chavannes. Includes 1 private underground parking space (note: the space is tight—2.20m wide), a ski locker, and a boot locker. Electric heating. Bicycles are prohibited inside the residence and the apartment; please arrange for external bicycle storage.
