RENTAL LES GETS: Comfortable, bright, duplex studio apartment, equipped for up to 4 people, with a surface area of 42 m², on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the "LES FLOCONS" residence. Located on Rue du Vieux Village, with shops in the immediate vicinity. Includes one enclosed garage space in another residence, "LE NAGANO," on Rue du Centre. Bicycles are permitted in the garage. Bicycles are not allowed in the apartment. Electric heating.
Description: Living/dining room with a lounge area equipped with a double Murphy bed (160cm) and a flat-screen TV, facing northwest. Kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, hairdryer, rubbish/recycling bin, and upper and lower storage cupboards with a full set of cookware. Shower room (shower, sink). Separate WC. Electric heating. *From the living room, access to a mezzanine with a skylight via a staircase (maximum ceiling height 1.30m): mezzanine equipped with a double bed (140cm) and storage.
Linen (sheets and towels) and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental price. These are available as an optional extra; see agency services for details.
