A spacious, air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen (capsule coffee machine), a utility room with a washing machine, a toilet in the shower room, and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms.

We ask that you leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition (dishes washed, floors clean, trash emptied, etc.) to ensure the best possible experience for the next guests.
If the cleaning is not done properly, a "double cleaning" fee of €220 may be deducted from your security deposit. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the property. 🙏
