House in the heart of the village where everything is practiced on foot and with a garage, house completely redone to fully enjoy the family holidays and especially the magical relaxation of Banyuls-sur-Mer.
Outdoor wooden terrace ideal for a meal for 6 people. Quiet and quiet dead end but in the center so close shops and 5 minutes walk from the central beach. A stone's throw from the winery L'Etoile, the Cosprons vinegar factory and the typical Catalan market. Ideal to rest, enjoy tapas ... 10 minutes walk from the aquarium, train station and scuba diving centers.
