Just 6 miles around the coast, the bustling resort of Hunstanton is a fun place to spend a day at the seaside, whilst neighbouring Old Hunstanton is a small village boasting a fantastically spacious sandy beach, offering a quieter alternative to the town’s main beach and seafront parade.

Stepping directly from the pavement through the front door of this property brings guests straight into the main living space of this pretty cottage. This spacious lounge/diner is a stylish room which has been finished in a chicly understated fashion with simple yet elegant furnishings and decor, including two comfortable sofas, a warming wood burner, an exposed brick wall, and a smart TV/DVD. To the rear of the room, the dining area seats up to four guests and is situated right next to the kitchen which is well-equipped offering a Belfast sink, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The property’s bathroom is situated on the ground floor just beyond the kitchen and offers a contemporary-style shower-over-bath and WC. Steep cottage style stairs lead upstairs where there are two restful bedrooms, which have been finished in the same attractive style as the rest of the house. The first of these is a King-size room with a chest of drawers and wardrobe, whilst the second bedroom is a twin room boasting views across the garden.

A patio door from the kitchen opens out onto a pleasant patio seating area with garden furniture to the rear of the property, beyond which there is a fully-enclosed lawn offering plenty of space to relax and play. There is private off road parking for 2 cars behind the cottage.
