This luxurious beachside apartment perches along the Cornish coastline, with commanding views overlooking the beautiful Crooklets beach and some 30 miles of coastline, as well as the award-winning golf course and cricket grounds. Imagine waking up to the sound of the crashing waves, pouring a fresh coffee whilst watching the surf, or a cheeky sundowner on the sea facing terrace. These apartments were built by award winning developers and the beach itself, is a haven for surfers and families alike, combining incredibly well with Summerleaze beach just around the corner serving up plenty of opportunity for that much needed beach therapy. There is also the famous Bude Sea Pool, perfect for families and those cold-water swimmers. Beyond the beaches and golf course, Bude’s charming town centre is within easy reach, offering boutique shops, and fine eateries to suit all tastes. From comfort to cooking, the kitchen itself is a wonderfully equipped space with all the appliances needed for a stress-free stay, this includes a four-seater breakfast bar which acts as an ideal combination to the elegant dining table that can sit all guests with ease, both seating spaces perfect to host that morning brew whilst you plan the day’s adventures ahead. Making your way through the hallway you pass the utility room which wonderfully aids the kitchen, before reaching a choice of two simply fabulous bedrooms. Both bedrooms host super-king size beds, with one providing the option to split into two single beds. Bedroom one is en-suite with walk in shower. A separate bathroom sits just outside of bedroom 2 and hosts a shower over bath, effectively creating a private bathroom to the occupants of the second bedroom.
Being positioned on the ground floor, this apartment truly reaps the rewards being able to provide two separate outdoor spaces, to the front of the apartment the outside terrace hosts the most fabulous position to relax and watch the sun go down behind the glistening waves, whilst it’s equally perfect to relax for al-fresco breakfast on those fresh Cornish mornings. To the rear of the apartment, guests will find a private outdoor patio space having the option to unwind with peace and privacy. Make use of the outdoor hot and cold shower to rinse off¬ the salty sea and sand from the beach.
