About this cottage rental
Through the impressive front door of the chapel you’re welcomed into this gloriously historic building. Heading into the spacious open-plan lounge/diner with wonderful original features including stained glass windows. The lounge offers a cosy space to sit and relax, cosy up in front of the wood burner and catch up with a good movie on the Smart TV or choose a DVD. The dining table offers ample seating for up to four, nestled behind the character staircase. Wandering to the end of the lounge you will find the kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and doors opening out into the light and airy conservatory where the views of the far reaching countryside beyond are breath-taking. Also at this end of the Chapel, there is a large wet room with shower and WC to the left of the kitchen. To the right of the kitchen you will find the two single adjoining bedrooms. The rear single bedroom has a staircase that leads up to the den with a TV, DVD player and PS2, a perfect hideaway for children. Heading back through the lounge to the front of the chapel make your way up the centrally located stair case where you will find a super-king-size bedroom which has a TV, sofa bed (suitable for a child under 10 years old) and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Sit and relax in the sheltered hot tub, taking in the wonderful views over the rolling hills at the back of the house, the fully enclosed garden offers the ideal spot to sit outside and enjoy the country ambience, with garden furniture and a gas BBQ. If the weather turns retreat to the conservatory. There is parking for 1 car to the right of the Chapel.
