a private Residence & Home only for pre booked guests, my house, becomes your home, furnished & fitted out accordingly, not your normal holiday let;
you will love the cosy, wooden beams, nooks & crannies, modern, informal & formal atmospheres of the different areas with access to the entire property within the areas described; they work well for dining, sitting & general lounging about plus Library/media facilities, all tastefully carpeted and with additional rugs;
up to 10 guests in 4 double bedrooms all with private en-suite facilities, An additional double sofa bed in the sitting room, intended for occasional use but is available for you by prior agreement.
cot & high chair available but no bedding; We do not accept responsibility for their use & you must keep them clean & tidy;
fully fitted kitchen, separate dining room, sitting room, ground floor wc, garden dining & BBQ;
