Whatever the time of year you’ll be spoilt for choice with a vibrant events calendar, for foodies, festivals to include Abergavenny and Forest Showcase festival, for music lovers many of the smaller villages host festivals throughout the summer months. Not forgetting the Hay on Wye festival and Cheltenham Gold Cup.

Take a minute to take in the view across the roof tops of the village below before you step in inside. The dining room sympathetically restored with an original bread oven and warming colour scheme creating the perfect backdrop for a simple supper. Take a step into the lounge which has exposed beams and an inviting wood burner, again enjoying a warm interior that’s perfect for a cosy night in watching a movie or simply catching up with friends. The kitchen is situated to the rear of the cottage, a contemporary style with picturesque Mandarin tiles complementing the work tops. The space is well-equipped and ready to test the best of chefs with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice-compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC on this floor. When the day is done climb the cottage style stairs where you will find a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. The second bedroom is a king-size-zip-and-link(which can be made into a twin on request).

Take your morning coffee outside and enjoy the views, the gardens are enclosed with a table and chairs and BBQ. There is roadside parking.
