This is a beautiful holiday cottage located on a purpose-built rural riding school and set within acres of stunning island countryside. Approaching the property, you’ll come through a striking archway and into a quaint, communal courtyard where you will find this lovely cottage. Entering the property, you’ll find yourself in a small reception hall leading to the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. Featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table, this open-plan, airy room provides the perfect social space, ideal for planning the day ahead over your morning coffee or debriefing the day over dinner. The lounge offers ample comfortable seating and a Smart TV, it’s a great place to gather and watch a family film after a long day out exploring. Completing the ground floor is the downstairs shower room and WC by the entrance to the cottage. Heading upstairs you’ll find the master king-size bedroom with neutral and calm décor making this the ideal room to rest and unwind. You’ll also find a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. The main family bathroom completes this lovely holiday home.
Finally, French doors through the lounge lead you to the private south facing garden area with outdoor furniture and BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining in the sunshine and out the front of the property there is a communal garden with seating. This property's eco credentials include solar water heating and rainwater harvesting.

1 dog allowed per booking. Please enquire if you wish to bring more than 1 dog
- 3 bedrooms – 1 king-size, 1 twin, 1 bunk room
- 2 bathrooms – 1 shower room and WC and 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC
- Electric double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave
- Washing machine, iron and ironing board in a shared facility within the courtyard
- Smart TV in the lounge
- Private garden area with outdoor furniture and BBQ
- Private parking for 3 cars
- Travel cot, highchair and stair gate available on request
- Working horse riding farm with on-site activities available - please book in advance
- On-site children's play area, dog park and surrounding paddocks with sheep, pigs and horses
- On-site restaurant and bar - not guaranteed to be open, please check restaurant's website
- Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile and beach 6 miles
- Guests are welcome to bring along their own horses for the duration of their stay - enquire direct with owner
- EV charging at an extra cost - to be paid via the Project EV app on site
