Borgo Piccolo is a gem of rural architecture and Mediterranean charm, a luxury villa with a pool for vacations in Ostuni, Puglia.
Inspired by traditional farmhouses, Borgo Piccolo features a lush garden divided into areas designed for relaxation: a pool with a sun deck, a barbecue area and kitchen with an outdoor dining area, a convivial outdoor lounge, a green lawn, and an outdoor bathroom with a shower.
The
interiors, divided into two independent units, are equipped with air
conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, 4
smart TVs, mosquito screens, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Borgo Piccolo features all modern amenities and sleeps up to 10 guests. Pets allowed.

Borgo
Piccolo is a masterpiece of modern architecture inspired by the ancient
tradition of Apulian farmhouses, Mediterranean charm, and rural stone
construction, without sacrificing the exclusivity of all the amenities
offered by a modern accommodation facility.
The luxury villa with
pool and Saracen trullo is situated in the countryside of Ostuni,
surrounded by the green of the ancient olive trees of the Itria Valley,
the red of the fertile earth, and the stone of the low walls that
provide a picturesque backdrop to it all.
Thepool area is
dedicated to wellness and relaxation, with comfortable loungers for
sunbathing and beautiful umbrellas providing shade during the hottest
hours. The pool can be heated, making it perfect for the early months of Puglia`s mild autumn.
Next to the pool is a large shaded gazebo, equipped
with a kitchenette and mini-fridge. The outdoor dining area features
beautiful, plush designer seating to ensure maximum comfort at every
meal. There are two barbecues: one wood-fired and the other electric.
A second gazebo is situated on a large lawn, closer to the charming Saracen trullo, furnished with a sofa and armchairs.
There is also an open-air lounge with a
large L-shaped sofa and large cushions, a true little square where you
can share moments of conviviality, parties, after-dinner cocktails, and
more.

The
interior spaces of Piccolo Borgo are divided into several independent
units, fully equipped and each with its own unique charm.
The main
unit is the villa. The entrance is a large, bright open space with
floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and a barrel vaulted
ceiling. Here you?ll find the open kitchen, the dining room, the
fireplace, the sofa, and the ottomans.
The sleeping area of this unit consists of 3 elegant suites with private bathrooms.
The
second unit is the beautiful Saracen trullo plus the adjacent lamia,
under whose stone domes there are two double bedrooms with en-suite
bathrooms, independent of one another and with separate entrances.
Finally,
there are two additional bathrooms: one serving the living area in the
first unit, and the other outside with a toilet, sink, and spacious
shower.
Completing this fabulous estate, in addition to the
extraordinary landscape, are an enchanting citrus grove, ornamental
plants, and aromatic herbs.

The
large Piccolo Borgo estate is situated in the most picturesque
countryside of Puglia, along unspoiled roads connecting the beautiful
villages of Ostuni and Carovigno.
Both villages offer all major
amenities, historic centers well worth visiting, and a wealth of
restaurants where you can savor the finest and most authentic offerings
of the Itria Valley's culinary tradition.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 35 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 200 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is divided into two separate and independent units.
- One of the bathrooms is a WC (toilet only).
