About this house rental
The house is located on a 30-hectare estate where centuries-old olive trees are cultivated using organic agricultural methods. “Murgese” horses, a local ancient breed, are also bred on the estate.
It was renovated in 2009, and carefully furnished with antique furniture, to be inhabited exclusively by the owner as a holiday home.
It consists of three adjacent areas, two of which are dedicated to hospitality, for a total of approximately 500 square meters. For a capacity of 13 beds.
The area A, all arranged on the ground floor consists of 4 traditional stone buildings cone and Lamie and includes a living room with fireplace, an alcove with a large sofa bed for 1, one bathroom. A large living room with fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen. Three bedrooms / 2 beds with private bathroom. For a total 7 beds.
The area D, consists of a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, 1 double room with private bathroom and a suite with 2 double rooms with bathroom, for a total of 6 beds.
On the back of the house there is a large swimming pool, 18 meters long, and all around, a garden bordered by a dry stone wall.
In a building in proximity to the family lives of the factor / guardian, which is always present. The farmer's wife, upon request and with direct agreement, will provide service for housekeeping and baby sitting.

We rented the house together with friends. Very secluded, beautiful surroundings, real life better than pictures. Great support at very reasonable price from the family that lives next to the house. Cooking, dishing, cleaning everything that you wish for. They really cared.

Our group of 13 thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful villa in Ceglie Messapica. The house was meticulously clean, well appointed, the pool breathtaking, the outdoor spaces perfect any time of the day or night and the staff nearby were so sweet and helpful with all our needs. We were also greeted with a delicious cake in our fridge! It was an amazing and memorable stay. The roof top was also incredible for sunsets and some local primitivo wine! On that note we did have some ongoing issues with the hot water system, AC and a fan but they were all taken care of immediately by the sweet caretakers. ❤️
