About this cottage rental

The immediate area caters well for beach lovers with ever popular Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho! just a short drive away. The pretty coastal villages of Hartland and Clovelly are also well worth a visit. There are some superb walking opportunities on offer with the Exmoor National Park, South West Coast Path and Tarka Trail all easily accessible from here. The nearby town of Barnstaple offers an array of amenities including the characterful Pannier Market, in Bideford you can jump on the Oldenburg and enjoy a day trip to Lundy Island. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include The Big Sheep and The Milky Way adventure parks, Tapeley Park, Arlington Court and Dartington Crystal.

Stepping inside this characterful property you will firstly find yourself in the light and spacious entrance hall, a useful area provides ample storage for coats and shoes. The ground floor is split-level, and a small set of stairs leads to the cosy lounge and here comfortable sofas sit in front of a Smart TV and electric wood burner effect fire, providing the perfect place to relax after a day exploring. Located next to this is the cottage style kitchen, perfectly appointed and boasts a great selection of appliances including a Rayburn stove, separate electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher and washing machine. For more informal dining, head into the delightful conservatory/breakfast room which overlooks the stunning garden and offers French doors to outside meaning that you can dine al fresco with ease in warm weather. Completing the offering on the ground floor and located on the other side of the property is a further living space in the form of a lounge/games room which offers fun for all ages and boasts a TV, Bluetooth music player, wood burner, fridge and drinks making facilities, pool table and another door to outside. Located off this is a beautifully presented shower room with WC. Venturing up the stairs and onto the first floor, you will then discover the lovely bedrooms which all look out onto the garden. These comprise two double bedrooms and two twin rooms, also located on this floor is a beautiful family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
