About this apartment rental

Located in Aix-en-Provence, this pleasant apartment is ideal for both business trips and holidays. Measuring 50 m², it comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Its prime location offers easy access to nearby shops, services, and attractions, while still being close to the coast.

## Logement
The accommodation has been fully renovated. Located on the first floor without a lift, the apartment is fully equipped and includes:

* two bedrooms with double beds;
* a bathroom with shower;
* a separate, fully equipped kitchen;
* and a very bright living room, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

You will have access to several amenities: filter coffee machine, television, refrigerator, fan, microwave, oven, iron, etc.
Bed linens and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee.

During your stay, you will be able to easily explore the city’s main landmarks, including:

* Place d’Albertas (3 minutes on foot);
* the Rotonde Fountain (5 minutes on foot);
* Montée des Oratoires (6 minutes on foot);
* the Granet Museum (10 minutes on foot), as well as many other points of interest.

The historic center also offers many cultural highlights, including the Saint-Sauveur Cathedral and its 12th- and 13th-century cloister, the Town Hall with its square and Clock Tower, the romantic Place d’Albertas, as well as museums such as the Musée du Vieil Aix, the Natural History Museum, and Paul Cézanne’s studio.

The city, also known since Roman times for its thermal baths, offers hydrotherapy treatments. Aix-en-Provence further stands out for its rich cultural program, including events such as the International Festival of Lyric Art (baroque music and Mozart operas), the Water Festival, and Danse à Aix, a contemporary dance festival.
