This lovingly presented property is situated in the traditional coastal village of Instow and is within 500 metres of independent shops, a local deli, restaurants, and pubs. Instow’s beach is just 200 metres away and is renowned for its golden sand and remarkable dunes. Venture across the water on the seasonal passenger ferry to the historic fishing village of Appledore, with its quayside, cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, and galleries. If you're a surfer, you'll love the nearby beaches at Saunton Sands (13 miles), Croyde (15.5 miles), and Woolacombe (17.5 miles). Additionally, Westward Ho! has a 2-mile-long beach, restaurants, shops, pubs, and a golf course, only 5 miles away.
Step into this beautiful property and into a hall, which is a perfect place to hang coats or store sandy shoes after a walk on the beach. The light and airy lounge/diner has an ornamental fireplace, a Smart TV and large French doors that open out onto the patio. The perfectly equipped galley kitchen is a great space for cooking lazy breakfasts or trying out new recipes. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a contemporary family shower room. After a busy day exploring, head upstairs to the two immaculate bedrooms. The master king-size bedroom has an ornamental fireplace, and the second bedroom has a king-size zip-and-link bed which can be arranged as a twin on request.
Outside is a private patio where guests can find a table and chairs and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining, and a decked area to capture the views ans sunsets over the estuary proving to be a perfect relaxing space.
